Yarn! It's my passion. I love all of it. And, it doesn't go to your hips, thighs or stomach. I'm not one to wax poetic about sunsets or how a wave crashes on the shore. However, I drool and can spend 10 minutes talking about the subtle nuances of a particular yarn or fiber. I definitely feel a kinship with fibers ~ tactilely and visually. Boxes of Candy, that's what my Sweater kits have been dubbed. It's my passion; combining hand dyed & commercial yarns by color and texture. I offer these palettes beautifully packaged in several forms: Ala Mode fiber packets, Ala Mode Scarf kits for needle felting, Ala Mode Silk kits which combine hand dyed silk fabric, yarns and bead- type accessories.
Yarn is yarn is yarn!! Whether you knit, crochet, weave, quilt, sew, embellish note cards, scrapbook, dye, or are just looking for the next ball of yarn that you can't live without. You're my kind of artist and we share a common love ~ YARN!
